Arising phoenix-like from the ashes of 'Mother' (who UP stalwarts may remember for their deth defying performance at the 2015 'Midlands Edition' at The Bridges), Pleasure Complex have lost none of that live edge, instead adding several layers of pop naus and songwriting skill to make the whole package even more nutritious. Bolstered by the spectacular angular guitar of Scott Rimington (GLASS, The Gathering Doubt), theirs is a sound that is sharp as a pin, and as 'now' as a zen alarm clock. You'd be well advised to check them out before inevitable crossover success moves them to places much further away than the pub on your doorstep.
